Confused
I wish I understood,
My feelings for you.
It feels so wrong,
Not to tell you the truth.
I'd say that I like you,
But I'm not too sure.
My life right now,
Is such a blur...
Should we be friends?
Or maybe more?
Can we take that step,
And open a door?
I don't really know,
I'm not sure just yet.
But I know you are,
I'm willing to bet.
We're so much alike,
We get along great.
But would that all change,
If we started to date?
I don't want to get close,
And in so doing.
Risk the friendship we've made,
And leave it in ruins.
It's entirely possible,
And maybe just so.
We'd make a great couple,
You never know.
But for now we'll just,
Have to wait and see.
Time will tell,
If we're meant to be.
